After a lengthy career in the hospitality, fitness and retail bookstore industries in the United Kingdom, Kim was ready for a change so moved to Chicago in 2002 with her husband and two children. Her energetic, driven, enthusiastic, honorable, and trustworthy personality, along with her amazing problem solving skills has allowed her to run her own Chicagoland real estate business for the past 16 years.
Having come to the U.S. knowing no one, Kim’s proudest accomplishment is that 90 percent of her business is referrals from family, friends and past clients placing her in the Top 1 percent of Naperville luxury agents. She is also recognized as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Relocation Specialist who uses top of the line technology available through @Properties.
Kim believes the key to a successful real estate transaction begins with the relationship between client and broker through effective communication, up-to-date market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and a team approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction providing an exceptional experience.

Beyond her passion for her work, Kim supports the Ronald McDonald House and Agape Orphanage in India. She is a global traveler and avid runner completing over 15 marathons and qualifying for the Boston Marathon twice.
